    • From within college using the web version via the ‘My Runshaw’ page on the college website (on-site you shouldn’t have to enter your login credentials, it should log you straight in) as above (but we advise you use the in-built web editor in this case for editing existing files) or via the folder option within “Explorer” - If you are a member of staff you will need to sync OneDrive to set up the folders (select Sync from top menu when on web version)

If you are logged in on Remote Access, or on a PC in college, it would be worthwhile copying your files and folders onto OneDrive and make this your primary source of data storage moving forward.
