- Quit Microsoft Teams (click on up arrow on task bar then right click on Teams & quit)
- Copy Navigate to the folder in the path below into File Explorer & then edit it to replace Teststaff with , where username is your staff ID
C:\Users\Teststaffusername\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
- Once edited press enter to go that folderIf you can't see the AppData folder click on View - Show - Hidden Items
- Delete contents of the entire folder
- Download & reinstall teams from teams.microsoft.com/download
