The most common reasons why this might have happened are listed below:

  1. Microsoft Edge Zoom Options

Alternatively, it might be that you have accidently held down the Ctrl button and moved your scroll wheel so the screen may have zoomed in or out. In this case, just hold the Ctrl button again and move the scroll wheel up and down until you are happy with how the screen looks.
