Description:
Error 1: When you try to open a PDF document using Adobe Acrobat it automatically closes or your login details are not accepted.
Error 2: When opening a pdf on a website you get the message Couldn‘Couldn't Open PDF - Something's keeping this PDF from openingopening’
Solution:
Error 1: You will need to sign into Adobe Acrobat and any other Adobe applications using your staffid@runshaw.ac.uk.
Error 2: This is a problem with MS Microsoft Edge - if and you will need to use a different browser (such as Internet Explorer or Chrome) you will be able to open PDFs
MS Edge is a browser only on Windows 10 PCs
