When using Chrome to browse the internet some sites will ask if you want to allow notifications (as in the example below). If you don't want the notifications to appear just select Block.
If you have selected Allow on a website previously & no longer want the notifications:
- Open Chrome
- Click on the Customise & Control Menu (top right) & select Settings
- Select Advances Advanced at the bottom of the page
- Under Privacy & Security select Site Settings
- Select Notifications
- The site you want to block will be listed under Allow
- Click on the ... next to the name & click Block (if you select Remove it will just ask you whether you want to Block or Allow next time you access it)
