Student Monitoring is an old application that doesn't split the student names into 1st name & surname
Solution:
Use the online report SM135 (in Student Information & Monitoring)An online report SM135 (in Student Information & Monitoring) has been created to replace the student monitoring option from the portal.
The report has the added advantage of splitting 1st and and surnames.
Another method on the Staff Portal:
- Click into class
- Applications and Tasks along the top
- Actions
- Click Next at the bottom of the page
- Download Data
- Select options and click Download Data
