- Connect the HDMI and audio jack cable to the external visitor device
- On the projector change the Input to: HDMI
- To change click Input on the remote and select HDMI
- Ensure the audio amplifier in the lectern is switched on and set to: AV/DVD
VGA
- Connect the VGA cable to the external visitor’s device
- On the projector change the Input to: Computer
- To change click Input on the remote and select Computer
- Ensure the audio amplifier in the lectern is switched on and set to: Aux/Phono
