- Select the '...' in the top right , next to your face icon
- Select 'Settings'
- Select 'Calls' in the left column
- Enable the toggle under 'Open apps in browser'
- The toggle refers to allowing third party apps to automatically open in a new browser. This provides the access to use our Staff Portal.
- Once enabled, as soon as your call connects the following screen will be displayed:
- Presently this will auto detect numbers for:
- Parents/Contacts
- Comms Portal Parents
- Students
- Applicants
- Coming soon this will detect:
- Employers (for users of Spark)
- Suppliers (for users of Open Accounts)
- Staff Members (for users of Catalyst People)
