Description:

If a member of staff gets a screen showing Lanschool shows all PCs are updating but other staff are OK on that PCupdating 

Solution:

Try completely shutting down Lanschool on the PC & then try again.

To completely close Lanschool you have to do it from the menu (clicking on the X just closes the window) - in the Administer menu - Exit Teacher Console

Once Lanschool has been closed completely you will need to find it on the start menu to reopen Completely shut down & re-open Lanschool as below:

  • Select Exit Teacher Console from the Administer menu
