- Quit Microsoft Teams (click on up arrow on task bar then right click on Teams & quit)
- Copy the path below into File Explorer & then edit it to replace Teststaff with your staff IDNavigate to the folder in the path below
For 'New' Teams - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
For 'Old' Teams - %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
- If you can't see the AppData folder click on View - Show - Hidden Items
- Delete contents of the entire folder
- Download & reinstall teams from teams.microsoft.com/downloadRestart Teams
