HR will create folders for each member of SMT & give access to the relevant folders.  SMT will then create and share a folder for each member of CMT, CMT will then create appraisal forms for every member of staff & then share the form with the appropriate person.

  • Enter the name of the person you are sharing with & any message then click Send

Check Folder Access

If you want double check who has got access to file or folder, you can do so from the web version of OneDrive

  • Hover over the file/folder you want to check & click on the Image Added

  • Select Manage Access

  • You will see a list of people who can access the file/folder
  • If you see just icons with no names (like below) click on the down arrow to see the full list
