Description:
If you are getting the MFA Approval pop up, but when you click approve the relevant Microsoft app (email, teams etc) still stays on the Approve request screen as shown below
Solution:
Click on the I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now on the above screen
Select User a verification code from my mobile app
Open up the MS Authenticator app & tap on the Runshaw College option
This will take you to a screen like below with a code (which changes every 60 seconds)
Return to Email or Teams and enter this code
