Problem

QL Web - Options Not Showing Along The Top

Solution

Use Internet Explorer

Set Compatability View

  • Navigate to the QL web page
  • Click on Settings (cog icon top right)
  • Compatibility View Settings
  • Click Add (Next to add this website)
  • Close

Ensure page zoom is at 100%, not bigger
