We now have a new Yealink A30 Sound Bar in M101 which can be used to host Microsoft Teams meetings.

The following is a video tutorial on how to set up a meeting in the room but written instructions can be found below the video as well.


Create a New Meeting

To create a new meeting with M101 you will need to go to Microsoft Teams and create a new meeting.

1) Select the calendar on the left-hand side of the page

2) Click 'New Meeting'

3) Add a title for the meeting and type m101@runshaw.ac.uk into the required attendees section along with any other people you will be having a meeting with.

4) Add the date and time of the meeting and click Send
