As a student, if you reset your password, there is a potential for applications to carry on trying to use the previous password to log in - This will eventually lock your account.

If your account becomes locked, please contact the Service Desk in order to get it unlocked.

To help mitigate this, please sign out of the following applications and sign back in with your new password:

  • Personal Devices - Mobile Applications relating to Runshaw & Personal Laptops
    • Runshaw WiFi
    • Outlook (or your student email account connected to the generic mail application)
    • Any Microsoft Application connected to your student account (this may happen automatically) for example,
      • Teams
      • OneNote
      • Word
  • College Laptop
    • These should happen automatically
  • No labels
