Description:
If you are getting the MFA Approval pop up, but when you click approve the relevant Microsoft app (email, teams etc) stays on the Approve request screen as shown below
Solution:
Click on the I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now on the above screen
Select User a verification code from my mobile app
Open up the MS Authenticator app & tap on the Runshaw College option
This will take you to a screen like below with a code (which changes every 60 seconds)
Return to Email or Teams and enter this code
