Appraisals
Appraisal documents are now stored in the HR sharepoint area.
HR will create folders for each member of SMT & give access to the relevant folders. SMT will then create and share a folder for each member of CMT, CMT will then create appraisal forms for every member of staff & then share the form with the appropriate person.
Appraisal forms can be found in HR Useful Forms https://elearn.runshaw.ac.uk/mod/folder/view.php?id=42
