What to Do in Case of a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Laptop
All Runshaw staff are welcome and encouraged to are welcome and encouraged to take their loaned device home with them. This will minimize any will minimise any disruption caused by a college closure. Most laptops loaned out to staff are valued at £1200 or more, while laptops loaned out to IT, QMIST, Create, and Visual Arts MacBooks are valued at £1800. Considering the added cost of insurance, providing laptops to all teaching and most support staff is a significant expense for the college.
