Microsoft are in the process of moving Teams videos from MS Stream to OneDrive. The instructions in this document are for Stream, if your video doesn't have an option to open in Stream then it will be in the Recordings folder on your OneDrive account or, if the meeting was created in a channel then it will be in the Recordings folders in files section of that channel.
