Desktop Application
Making external phone calls is relatively straight forward.
- Firstly, select 'Calls' in the left hand column.

- You will be able to type the number as suggested in the image below

- Press the drop down menu
- Select the Workroom phone associate with you (E.g. 'Call as Service Desk' or 'Call as Science')
- Select 'Call'.

Mobile Application
In the Mobile application:
- Open the Teams application
- Select the 'Calls' Tab.
- Press the phone icon
- Type in the number needed on the Dial pad and press the phone icon to call
- This will prompt to choose to 'call as Service Desk' (as an example)
