Chrome - Bookmarks Not Saving / Import IE Favourites

Solution

1. Launch Chrome 2. Go to Menu (3 lines in top right corner) 3. Go to Bookmarks > Import bookmarks and settings... 4. Select to import favourites / bookmarks from Internet Explorer Will have to be done each time logging in, as Chrome Favourites stored as a temp file so delete on log off Can also login with a google account & save bookmarks to that, but would have to login each time

Export Bookmarks from Chrome

Click on Image Addedtop right

Select Bookmarks & then Bookmark Manager

Browse to your home area, change the file name if required & Save

Export From Edge

Click on the ... top right

Select Favourites

Select Export Favourites

Browse to your home area, change the file name if required & Save

Import to Edge

Once you have exported your favourites to a file you can then import the file when on a new laptop or PC.

Under Import from select Favourites or bookmarks HTML file

Click Choose File & browse to the file you exported previously select it and click Open
