Export Internet Favourites

If you want to save your bookmarked websites from Chrome or Microsoft Edge to transfer to a new laptop.  Please note all new laptops will not have Chrome, only Microsoft Edge.  Click on the links below to jump to the required section.

Export Bookmarks from Chrome

Click on top right

Select Bookmarks & then Bookmark Manager

Open

Click on top right & Export bookmarks

Open

Browse to your home area, change the file name if required & Save

Export From Edge

Click on the ... top right

Select Favourites

Click on the ... 

Select Export Favourites

Browse to your home area, change the file name if required & Save

Import to Edge

Once you have exported your favourites to a file you can then import the file when on a new laptop or PC.

Click on the ... top right

Select Favourites

Click on the ... 

Select Import Favourites

Under Import from select Favourites or bookmarks HTML file

Click Choose File & browse to the file you exported previously select it and click Open
