Make sure you have the Call2Teams plugin activated or you won't be able to make or receive calls.

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Go to the 'Phone App' on the left hand panel.

     3. Go to the top and type in the full number you would like to ring (not just the extension) under the 'Make a Call' title

Desktop Application

• Firstly, select 'Calls' in the left hand column.
• Type a name or number in the box provided as shown in the image below.
• Press the drop down menu arrow next to the Call button
• Select the workroom phone associate with you (E.g. 'Call as Service Desk' or 'Call as Science')
• Select 'Call'.

Mobile Application

In the Mobile application:

• Open the Teams application
• Select the 'Calls' Tab.
• Press the phone icon
• Type in the number needed on the Dial pad and press the phone icon to call
• This will prompt to choose to 'call as Service Desk' (as an example)
