- Firstly, select 'Calls' in the left hand column.
- You will be able to type the number as suggested Type a name or number in the box provided as shown in the image below.
- Press the drop down menu arrow next to the Call button
- Select the Workroom workroom phone associate with you (E.g. 'Call as Service Desk' or 'Call as Science')
- Select 'Call'.
