Your recorded Teams meetings are saved to Teams & by default are only accessible by the people in the Teams group or meeting.
If you want to share them with others you will need to give them access before Sharing.
Give Permission
- Open the video in Stream (from Teams click on ... to see options )
- Select ... (More Actions)
- Select Update Video Details
- Under Permissions select People in Share withÂ
- Search for the person & select them
- Click Apply at the top
To Share
- You can either select Share from Stream or from Teams (click on ... to see options)
- Select Share
- You have options copy a link or email it directly (please note the email is sent from Stream not from your own account)
