If you have installed Sophos previously, you will need to install the new version below before 30th April 2020 as it will then cease to work. You don't need to uninstall your current version, simply follow the instructions below and your current version will be updated. the instructions below also apply to brand new installs.
- Visit https://home.sophos.com/en-us/employee.aspx
- Enter your college email address and click "Submit"
3. You will then receive an email with subject: "Your free license of Sophos Home Commercial Edition" containing the following details:
4. Click "Create Account" and complete all of the required fields
5. After that follow the instructions in the above email (points 1 - 6), i.e.
- Sign in to your account at home.sophos.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner and select My Account
- In the subscription box, click Have a coupon?
- Enter the unique coupon code contained in your email
- Click Validate and view your coupon details
- Click Apply
6. You'll then receive a confirmation email with a "Confirm" button for you to click which will verify your account:
7. After confirming your email address, simply login on the device you would like to protect and click "Download"
8. Once Downloaded simply install by following the on-screen instructions.
