Press the Windows Icon to open the Start Menu. Either find Microsoft Edge or Type "Microsoft Edge" in the search area for the application to show.
Using Microsoft Edge, go to https://forms.office.com
Sign in to Microsoft Office using your Runshaw account by pressing the "Sign in" icon in the top right of the screen and following the instructions on screen. When signing in you may be prompted to use the Microsoft Authenticator on your phone to gain access.
Next, press the "..." icon in the top left of the screen to show a drop down menu, press on "Apps" and then press "Install this site as an app" and press "Install" on the pop up.
Once installed, Microsoft Forms will open with a prompt shown below. Choose the shortcuts you want and then press allow.
These will then create the shortcuts where us have chosen to directly open Microsoft Forms.
