Evening Shift cover applications

To help support evening shifts:

Re print student cards:

·         Please install the Zebra printer for this room (10.18.0.68)

·         Setup and test Fullen (this will enable us to support the adult students on late shifts with expired cards etc...)

·         Map network drive L:  to \\r004-vstore-03\qlt

·         Navigate to Fullen and copy the shortcut to your desktop

·         Open Fullen (Crystal DLL’s may need to be installed)

o   Membership Cards > Printing > Single Student > Enter ID and Search > Click Print (set expiry to 6)

·         Scan the badge to activate it in Paxton (PC by SD counter)

Reset MFA:

·         Azure Portal: https://aad.portal.azure.com/

·         Users > Search for User > Manage > Devices and remove current device

·         Go to https://aka.ms/setupmfa

·         Get the student to sign in to and scan the QR code on their device
