Normal Transfer
While in the call, press the ellipsis (...) at the bottom of the screen and select the 'Transfer' button.
Type the number you want to transfer the call to and click 'Transfer'.
Consultive Transferring
Here you can ring someone before you transfer another person to them.
- Like before, press the ellipsis (...) at the bottom of the screen but this time select 'Consult then transfer' option.
- Type in the number of the person you would like to consult with and click the 'Consult' button which places the person you are on the phone with on hold.
- If the 3rd party accepts your call then press Transfer to complete the transfer.
- If they don't answer you can press 'Stop Consulting' to end this call and return to your original call.
