If you have logged into Sophos Connect while off site & some or all of your network drives (ie S, T & G ) are missing please try the following steps.

  • Disconnect Sophos Connect & sign back in
  • If the above doesn't work. save the attached file to your desktop & double click on it to run it

  • If neither of the above work reboot the laptop & sign back in to Sophos

If you still have issues please bring your laptop to the Service Desk
