In the Calls section of Teams you will see a Contacts tab. These are your personal contacts and can't be seen by anyone else.
Create Contacts
Teams contacts will automatically sync with Outlook - so any contacts you want available in both locations need to be added in Outlook.
In Outlook
Please note that it may take a while for new contacts to sync to Teams
- Click on the contacts icon at the bottom of your contacts
- Click New Contact from the top menu
- Add the details then press Save & Close
In Teams
- From the Calls menu
- Click on the Contacts tab
- Click Add Contact (top right hand side)
