I have sent my document to print but it is not appearing at the printer.

This usually occurs because the paper size of your document is not set to A4. Please check within the program that you have printed from that your page is set to A4 (usually found in the ‘Layout’ tab in Microsoft applications).


Does the Print Shop Accept RunshawPay or Print Credits?

When you are printing a job via Print Shop funds will be removed from your RunshawPay account rather than your print credit.

How Do I Send Print Jobs to the Print Shop?

Print jobs should be sent to the Print Shop via email. Please make sure to include some information about your print job and don’t just send OneDrive links. If there is no information on your email we may not be able to carry out your request.
