How to Use RunshawPay

At Runshaw your membership card also serves as your RunshawPay card.

RunshawPay can be used for various purposes including meals, snacks, art materials, print credits.

How to Top-Up

On the Staff Portal

  1. Go to the ‘RunshawPay’ on the right-hand side of the Staff Portal

  2. Select ‘Top-Up’

  3. Select how much you would like to top-up

  4. Make sure you review your address information and click ‘Confirm Address’

  5. Add payment information

  6. Click ‘Confirm Card Details’


On the Student Portal

  1. Go to the ‘RunshawPay’ tab

  2. Select ‘Top-Up’

  3. Select how much you would like to top-up

  4. Make sure you review your address information and click ‘Confirm Address’

  5. Add payment information

  6. Click ‘Confirm Card Details’


You can also use the top-up machines outside Student Services and Mardale Shop.

Keep Track of Your Balance: Regularly check your RunshawPay balance to ensure you have sufficient funds for your needs. You can view your balance and transaction history through the RunshawPay portal.

Security: Always keep your membership card safe prevent unauthorised access to your account.
