How to Log Off the Job (OTJ) Hours

To log off the job hours sign into the Student Portal and click the ‘Log Hours’ button within the ‘My Study Programme’ box.

Within here, you will need to select the ‘Add Activity’ button and include a description, activity type and start and end time.

The ‘Summary’ tab will tell you more information about your minimum required hours, current target, current completion and completion percent.

You can also view a chart version of your hours in the ‘Chart’ tab
