SIM135 Report - Student Data Notification

We would like to remind you that parental contact information is confidential and dynamic data that should not be copied or stored in your personal files or devices. This data is subject to constant change, and use of outdated data is both a data breach and a safeguarding risk.

If you have copied parental contact information from SIM135 into your own markbook, please remove this data as soon as possible and instead link to the full contact details page of the portal. This way, you can always access the most up-to-date and accurate information when you need it.

To create a link in Excel, you can use the following formula:

=HYPERLINK("https://staffportal.runshaw.ac.uk/studentcontact.aspx?studentid="&A1, "Contact Details")

where A1 is the cell containing the student ID. For example, for student ZZZ12136076, the formula would be:

=HYPERLINK("https://staffportal.runshaw.ac.uk/studentcontact.aspx?studentid=ZZZ12136076", "Contact Details")

This will create a clickable link that will take you to the portal page with the student’s contact information.
