Adobe Sign - Data Sharing Agreement Template
You can log in to the Adobe Sign website by following this link to the login page. When you type in your surname.initial@runshaw.ac.uk, this should prompt for the single sign on Runshaw login page to open for you to log in.

Once in the application, select Send to being the process of sending a new document to sign
Here you can select the Choose Files option to open the option to select our template.
The data Sharing template can be found by select the Templates option, selecting Account Templates and then scrolling through the find Data Sharing Agreement.
Once found, tick the template and select Confirm.
Once the next screen loads, you can input a message that will be sent with the agreement to sign.
Here is a generic message tat can be used and altered accordingly:
Good Morning,
You are receiving this request to sign a Data Sharing Agreement between you and Runshaw College. This agreement outlines the procedures for processing and sharing all data, including personal and special category data. Please open the document and complete the relevant fields. This will then be sent to our Data Protection Officer to counter sign.

Underneath the message section, select the pencil next to Agreement Settings
In here, make sure you change the email reminder to Every Week and the language to English/UK and select continue.
Scroll down the the next section, select the '+' button and add an individual.
It is important that you select Recipients must sign in order.
The first signer is for the person you are sending the agreement to.
The second sign will always be dataprotectionofficer@runshaw.ac.uk
When you select send now, the document will open for you to pre-fill, this will include:
The College Name.
You, as the sender.
The department you work for.
The current version of the template (which is version: 1.0).
The current date you are sending
Click send.
Once sent, you will receive ongoing emails of the progression of the document that will finish with the Data Protection Officer (once signed by the original recipient)
