Runshaw's Password Requirements

You can reset your password by:

1. Going to the following link - Forgotten your Runshaw password? Reset it here.

2. Pressing the Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys on your laptop

3. Calling Service Desk and we will reset your password over the phone after going through some security questions.

Minimum Password Requirements

Your Password must:

• Be at least 15 characters long

• Include both upper & lower case letters

• Make sure your new password has at least 15 characters.

• Include a number(s) and/or symbols

Your password cannot:

• Be easy to guess (e.g. part of your name)

• Be any of your previous 12 passwords

• Feature common words like 'Runshaw', sports teams or local places.

We Recommend:

• Creating a passphrase using three or four random words, with a mix of uppercase & lowercase letters, numbers & symbols

• You use different passwords for different accounts

• You never share your password with anyone else
