An online report SM135 (in Student Information & Monitoring) has been created to replace the student monitoring option from the portal. 

The report has the added advantage of splitting 1st and and surnames.



Another method on the Staff Portal:

  • Click into class

  • Applications and Tasks along the top

  • Actions

  • Click Next at the bottom of the page

  • Download Data

  • Select options and click Download Data
