Teams - Staff Portal Call Staff Member

If you need to contact a staff member, you can achieve this by searching the staff member on the staff portal. To the right of their staff image, there are two buttons for Teams, one to call and one to chat.

Selecting one of the buttons will prompt for Microsoft Teams to open.
