Personal Printing - Add Credit

Description:

How to add credit to allow personal printing

Solution:

  1. Click RunshawPay from the Staff Portal homepage

  2. If a top up is needed, enter the amount you want to top up and click on the Deposit button (otherwise go to step 5)

  3. Make the payment via World Pay

  4. Return to RunshawPay

  5. Click on the Print Credit tab

  6. Type in the Transfer Amount & then click Transfer  Funds

  7. When printing, ensure you select the Charge to my personal account option
