Description:

There are various actions you apply in bulk to all the students in a class, these include the following:

Pastoral Log
Bulk Absence
Create Letter
SMART Targets
Work Related Activity
PEET Hours
Generate Email

Solution:

  1. Search for the class you would like to perform a bulk action for

  2. From the top menu select ‘Actions’

  3. You will see a list of all the students in the class - you can untick any not required

  4. Click Next at the bottom of the page

  5. Select the action required
