Appointments System - Access to Team Members

Description:

If a member of your team is off & their appointments need amending or cancelling

Solution:

  • On the Staff Portal search for the team member

  • Click on their name or photo to bring up their details

  • Under their staff picture select Tasks & Tools

  • Select Appointments 

If that member of staff has created appointments which share any of your appointment skills then you will be able to cancel them as you would normally or create more by clicking the Create Appointments button at the top right
