BART - Unable to Open



If the image below occurs when trying to open BART, please follow the instructions below:



  • Check if the L:\ Drive is already visible by opening File Explorer and clicking on 'This PC'.

    • If this is missing, the L:\ Drive may not have mapped.

  • If you are not in college and you are using a VPN instead.

    • Try disconnecting the VPN and reconnecting it.

  • If that hasn't worked, restart your laptop and try connecting again.



If the issue still has not been rectified, please raise a ticket with Service Desk.
