How to Convert Video Files to MP4

How to Convert Video Files to MP4

Problem

You have video files that are in a video format which is not MP4.

Solution

1) Open Adobe Media Encoder

2) Once Media Encoder is open, locate your video files in the Media Browser on the left-hand side of the window

3) Drag your files into the Queue window. You should see that they are being converted into the H.264 file type

4) Change the Export location by clicking the text under the Output File column

5) Once you have selected an appropriate output location, in Adobe Media Encoder click File > Start Queue

6) This should start the process on converting the files to MP4 and you can monitor the progress of this in the Encoding panel
