HEIC Files

We are getting photos sent to college in HEIC format.  If you receive a file like this you will need to convert it to a JPG or PNG file to view it.

You can install a HEIC Converter from the Microsoft Store (instructions on the link below.

If the HEIC file is on an email you will need to save it from the email 1st.

Open the converter, select the Output format, then either drag & drop the file into it, or use the Add Files options to browse to the file.
