How to Access the Self-Service Portal

The Self-Service Portal can be used to raise tickets for IT Services, Facilities, QMIST, Finance, Exams, Security and approve loans.

The Self-Service Portal can be accessed by going to the Staff Portal and clicking the ‘Self-Service Portal’ link on the right-hand side of the page. Service Portal - Service project (runshaw.ac.uk)

You can then select which team you would like to log a ticket for and fill in any information about your request.

Live Chat
Our live chat service can also be accessed through the Self-Service Portal by clicking the red speech bubble icon. Here you can chat to one of our agents live and a ticket will be automatically logged for your request.

Approving a Loan

If you need to sign a loan agreement and approve a loan through the Self-Service Portal then you can do so by clicking the ‘Requests’ button on the top right of the page and selecting ‘My Approvals’
