OneFile Calendar

The OneFile calendar is a separate calendar, external to our system, that you are just viewing from your Outlook account - the entries aren't actually added to your college calendar.

As these calendars are external to our system you can’t give someone else access the same way as you would your college calendar.

The only way for someone else to view them is if you give them the web address to your OneFile calendar so that they can open them the same way that you did (once they are open they can be re-named).
