Bulk / Group Pastoral Log

If you need to add the same Pastoral Log to several students' accounts:

  1. Go to the Staff Portal

  2. Select ‘Applications’ on the top bar

  3. From the drop-down list select ‘Bulk Student’

  4. From here you can create a customer list based off: College Status, Academic Period, AOS Code, AOS Period, Department, Stage Code, Student ID, Bus Service and Register ID.

  5. Click the ‘Add’ button on the right

  6. Keep adding filters until you are happy with the group of students you have.

  7. Click ‘Preview Records’ and check the list of students is right

  8. Click ‘Add Records List for Editing'

  9. Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen

  10. Click the ‘Pastoral Log’ option

  11. Enter and save the pastoral log as normal

A Pastoral Log will be added to all of the students in the bulk list.
