BKSB Assessment Crashing/Not Responding

In the case of BKSB assessment becoming unresponsive for a Student, advise the student to close the Web Browser and relaunch the assessment.

When the student reloads the BKSB assessment, they will be prompted to "continue" or "restart" the assessment.

Providing the student clicks "continue", the assessment will resume.
