Create An Ad-hoc Appointment

Ad-hoc appointments can be created with students when an appointment has occurred where no slot is available, or the appointment is in the past.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Search for the student on the Staff Portal

  2. Navigate to the student record and click on Appointments under the Administration menu

  3. Click Ad hoc appointment and complete the information

  4. Click book appointment. 



The appointment will create the slot and appointment for you. You will be able to manage the appointment like you normally would via the Appointments System.
